If you have changed your mind after making a purchase, entered the wrong address, or ordered the wrong size, there is a small window for the order to be amended. The best way to cancel or change your order is to contact our live chat within 15 minutes of processing the order. Please keep our opening hours in mind when making a cancelation request.
If your order has already been completed in the warehouse and dispatched, we recommend that you return the order to us for a refund.
Dispatched order situations:
- Entered the wrong address? The parcel will be automatically refunded when the courier returns to the sender. If the incorrect address accepts the parcel, please get in contact with us.
- Ordered the wrong size? We recommend that you order the correct size separately and return the incorrect one, this is the quickest way to get the correct size to you.
- Change of mind? Please return the unwanted product to us for a refund.
To make returns easier, we offer free returns service in the UK via Rebound. Please keep all tags on the items and ensure the product is in its original condition. Once we have received the product back, it will be inspected by our returns team and processed.
