We carry a wide range of products with brands that produce high quality items, however we are aware that sometimes your product may have a defect. We hope to resolve this issue as quickly and stress free as possible
All products purchased from Surfdome carry the full manufacturer warranty unless sold as a "no warranty" item.
If your product is defective, then please email us some pictures and your order number and we will advise the best way to proceed.
If you have ordered hardware products, please make a thorough inspection of the items to ensure there is no damaged caused through transit before you make any modifications. If you have made any modifications to the product, this includes wax, tail pads, bindings, and grip tape we will not be able to accept these back as damaged for a replacement or refund.
In the event the manufacturer is no longer in business, Surfdome will review your warranty claim and at our discretion help to provide an equitable solution. All warranty claims may only be made by the original purchaser. Please email our customer experience team using this form regarding any warranty questions.
