As a community of outdoor lovers, there is a possibility that many of our customers may not be home when delivery takes place. If you find yourself tied up with adventure when your package arrives, we recommend contacting the courier chosen using your tracking number provided. In many cases, you can schedule redelivery at a more convenient time for you. If this isn’t possible, you can contact us straight away.
If DPD was your preferred service, you can select a delivery address of your choice via the DPD app. Any deliveries attempted and unachieved by Royal Mail will be diverted to your closest Post Office Depot. A delivery notice will be left with instructions for you to collect your order.
