Due to our diverse range of stock on our site the size of some of our hardware is sometimes a challenge to post. However, don’t worry, we always use the most appropriate courier service for your location and parcel size. As a result of this, we may not always be able to offer next-day delivery, and kindly ask you to allow an additional 2-3 working days before receiving your order.
When your package arrives, we strongly advise that you unpack and inspect your order before accepting it. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, please sign for the delivery and write ‘damaged’ on your package. Immediately get in touch with our team via the customer service contact form and include all necessary information and pictures of your faulty product. If it is not possible to inspect the product before the courier leaves, please sign the package as ‘unchecked’ and contact us straight away.
